A dry yet juicy sparkler that's as fun as it looks! This time, Leo added a splash of Bonarda that gives the wine a beautiful pink colour but also making it charmingly different from the Sampagnino Bianco. Its a traditional Frizzanté (AKA PetNat) made in the Col-fondo method from all of the estate's white varieties including some very rare, near extinct ones. The grapes were sourced from Five plots: Cagnini, Fornio, Colle San Giuseppe, Le Anime and a number other small plots, all growing on sandy, clayey and red earth. Its lovely on its own as an aperitif. Serve it cold. Very good the next day (and even the following, just replace the crown cap tightly and store in the fridge) The work in the vineyard is organic and the wine is carefully made in very low intervention.
