If you are looking for a classic tasting, sparkling wine from a cult producer, this may be the one for you. Julien Altaber, a Burgundy prodigy, combines Gamay and Aligoté to produce a Pet Nat that is both pure and classy. In the glass, its lovely light pink, the Gamay lends this bottle a satisfying crunch and balanced acidity whilst the Aligoté adds flavours of vanilla and a silky mouthfeel. Whilst the bubbles appear quite large they are very soft meaning that this wine feels well rounded and satisfyingly complex. We recommend serving this cold.
