Looking at this Pink sparkling Pet Nat you might ask yourself, well.. how good is it really? We wouldn't be taking a huge risk in saying that it is one of the best value bubblies on our site at the moment. A fantastic cost/pleasure ratio. Engaging light pink colour and an alcohol meter that stopped at 11%, great start. A blend of a red variety (Cabernet Sauvignon) and a white variety (Semillon) cultivated and NATURALLY vinified by the small, biodynamic Domaine Jonc Blanc.  Interesting? We got feedback about this bottle along the lines of "its the best wine I have ever had" before continuing with a purchase of a case. Anecdotal perhaps. Smooth, tiny and crispy bubbles hovering over a fluid yet toned consistency that delivers a punchy fruity expression of fresh peaches n' cream and nectarines. It is all well integrated along with generous acidity and some sweet sensation on the finish. We recommend serving chilled. Read less
