A Gamay inspired by the wines that were made and drank by the winemaker's (Puzelat brothers) ancestors; Made to be drunk young - light, fruity, pure and very expressive. A popular wine that is typically only available for a short period of time; this year's Vin Rouge is extra charming in our eyes as the palate feels juicier with a thin layer of welcomed complexity. 12.5% The whole is balanced and dangerously drinkable. The finish is tasty, finely chewed, with fruit (cherry) and pepper gaining intensity, with persistence on the stone and salty notes. Serve chilled. Read less
