INFO ON GROWER
Bodages La Encina is situated at the edge of Alicante, in the mountainous region on the boarder with Castilla De La Mancha. Jose Maria, a senior gentleman who inherited the winery from his father, produces his wines from his certified organic and biodynamic vineyards. He uses traditional, artisanal methods with minimum intervention and zero additions of any kind. The hot summers of Alicante produce grapes with concentrated, intense flavours that are very well reflected in the wines through these methods.
