Usually, co-operatives aim is to produce wine in big quantities, however, the approach at Les Vignerons D'Estézargues is different - to work with organically farmed grapes from the best plots and produce wine made with minimum intervention, with the goal of expressing the natural beauty of the land and fruit in every bottle.
