INFO ON GROWER
Fongoli is a family-run company for almost a century and now in its fourth generation. It is situated, as a single body, on a total of 30 hectares of vineyards. The cellar is located right in the middle of the property on one of the hilly summits of Montefalco - In San Marco to be exact. For years the land has been organically farmed with total removal of synthesis chemistry. The composition of the soils is of a medium clayish tendency with rows exposed to south/east and south/west. While the age of the plants is variable, some plots of vines in Sagrantino are more than 40 years old, and whose grapes are selected to give life to individual labels. In the cellar, all work is carried out without enological additions and minimal intervention. Member of VinNatur
