Superb value sparkling wine. The name is also the method in which this lovely bubbly is made. Ancestral was the first technique of producing sparkling white wine (It is also called Pet Nat); The first fermentation stops in the vat and the second fermentation happens in the bottle. The released carbon makes it a bubbly. Great refreshment and as an aperitif, delicious, refreshing with soft, crispy bubbles.
