Pigeage every 2 days, a light pumping over every 3 days, long and gentle pressing, and finally putting into used oak barrels. "the color is translucent garnet. The nose is rather shy on opening with stewed black fruits, scrubland and spices. The palate is wide, silky and deep, unravelling a hyper-concentrated and sappy, candied material while offering delightful and fully melted tannins.
