If you are already familiar with the rare beauty of Thomas Pico's natural wines do not hesitate, this 2018 is a marvellous piece. For those of us who haven't heard of domaine Pattes Loup (Wolf's paw), we can tell you that it is Chabli's rising, bright star of a winery making ultra expressive, gentle and pure wines from a number of parcels (In this instance, 55-year-old vines). In our eyes it doesn't get much better than this as far as Chablis is concerned; the availability is very small due to adverse weather in the past few vintages. A real treat that gives an excellent value for money. Read less
