Sin Copa 2020 - A delightful young red wine designed for enjoyment, as the name implies - without a glass, or even better, "straight from the bottle." Made from 100% Tinta Fina, sourced from the estate's ancient vines in Extremadura, near the border with Portugal, this variety is more commonly known as Baga, which produces juicy, fruity wines. The grapes were handpicked at their peak maturity, destemmed, and macerated on skins for two weeks in cement tanks. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and only has a minimal dose of sulphur added just before bottling. It is also certified organic. On the nose, Sin Copa 2020 reveals dark fruit and a hint of compote. The palate echoes the fruitiness, complemented by a silky texture and a touch of freshness, making it an effortlessly drinkable wine (with or without a glass!). The tannins are fully integrated, and the wine has an alcohol content of 12.5%. Offering excellent value for money, Sin Copa 2020 pairs beautifully with roast poultry and pizza.
