1000% Jacquere Dry natural white wine Wine from the hill of St Pierre de Soucy, in the foot of the Montblanc, grown on multilayered soils with an upper layer of surface clay. The vines are 30/35 years old, taken over in 2009 by Brice Omont from Yves Carron, who was the first to replant the Mondeuse Blanche. Brice now owns the oldest vines of Mondeuse Blanche in Savoie and France. Delicious white wine with a classic feel that actually smells like the mont Blanc (!). Presenting fruit with lemony mineral notes; the feeling is of purity with intensity, all wrapped in soft acidity that envelopes the palate and stretches it. Excellent pair with cheese fondu. Read less
