This is a special edition Magnum by Sarnin-Berrux who are an excellent Burgundy winery. It is made from Syrah grapes that they source from friends in northern Rhone (St Joseph), a terroir that they love. A rich and generous natural wine on all fronts - earth, smooth aromas of ripe plum and blackberry that combine majestically with a cream of dark fruits scent. Jean-Pascal and Jean Marie, the winemakers are known for precision, here we get to experience their more playful side. It is the kind of bottle that brings explosiveness and purity along with freshness and real dangerous drinkability (11.5% abv).
