In a way this bottle makes a lot of promises; high-quality natural winemaking, a prestige appellation and a relatively high price tag. It delivers. A Pinot Noir meticulously made in a very small quantity that is now in perfect condition to be enjoyed; the whole is extremely well-integrated and impresses with ease. Gentleness, power, complexity and delicacy, you'll want to give it your full attention or serve it on a special occasion. We recommend opening 15-25 minutes before serving slightly chilled (10-15 minutes in the fridge). Read less
