A delicate and attractive nose leads onto concentrated peach-flavoured clouds that precipitate on the palate, bathing you in a nectarine sun - truly a wine of the gods! Bouju natural wines are critically acclaimed and for good reason; this is a bottle that really deliverers. We recommend serving it chilled, although not too cold (about 10c, 40 minutes in the fridge). Great to try this with a totally clean palate but also pairs excellently with charcuterie.   Read less
