The "Definitely Today 2022" is pure and refreshing (on 11.5% abv) with a charming sweet sensation. It displays slightly cloudy, pale yellow in the glass with gentle floral aromas. On the palate you will find keen acidity balanced by roundness that slowly intensifies as it "opens"; the texture is fluid but invigoratingly toned. A wine that will win you over with its subtleness and caressing touch, a real beauty. Perfect match with fresh goats cheese and sourdough bread, roast chicken, middle eastern cuisines such as aubergine salad, mild tzatziki and avocado salads.
