Excellent tension from a powerful yet very well integrated and balanced wine, full of fruit and a lovely touch of spice all served on a juicy/crunchy and ultra round material. Open and let breath for 10-15 minutes, at the beginning it might feel a bit too strong, but it will quickly come down. A flexible wine that can be served at room temperature as well as chilled. We best enjoyed it with a board of cheese and charcuterie. Read less
