Equal measures of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris produce attractive floral aromas with notes ripe, butter-toasted green apple, grapefruit, white flowers and honey. Rich, fruity and round palate with good volume, balanced acidity and a long satisfying finish. It would be centre of attention on a table with white fish and goats cheese.
