This fantastic value sparkling white wine is made from a blend of Malvar and Centenary Airen (Ancient vines of more than a century old), vinified in the traditional method / Champenoise. Having spent 4 years on  its fine lees gives it a fascinating depth of flavour and fine, smooth bubbles that you would expect from far pricier sparkling wine regions. It has been voted as a top wine by leading sommeliers in Castilla de La Mancha however completely anonymous in the rest of Europe and the world, mainly due to its tiny production of  approximately 900 bottles a year. On the nose - Hazelnut, butter, toasted green apple, honey and orange rind. The palate is Robust and deep served on soft, beady bubbles. It is dry and fresh with a spectacular long finish.
