Food pairing - Okra, grilled large fish, roast pork, lamb casseroles and anything cooked in egg-lemon sauce (avgolemono). The Vinification of A-Grafo Assyrtiko is partial (30%) whole cluster (with stems) / carbonic maceration with re-introduction of whole berries (20%) during fermentation.
